Eggs Breakfast

Delicious and spicy eggs breakfast that's high in protein, healthy fats, fiber, and nice dose of Vitamin C

Ingredients

  • 1 wholeEggs, Grade A, Large, egg white
  • 30 gEggs, Grade A, Large, egg white
  • 30 gPeppers, bell, green, raw
  • 30 gPeppers, bell, orange, raw
  • 30 gPeppers, bell, red, raw
  • 30 gPeppers, bell, yellow, raw
  • 50 gAvocados, raw, California
  • 1 tspChia seeds(Natural Happiness)
  • 1 tspSeeds, hemp seed, hulled
  • 100 gOil, avocado
  • 1 tspGaridella peppers
  • 100 gOnions, red, raw

Instructions

  1. Heat the avocado oil in cast iron skillet.

  2. Once oil is hot, add two eggs

  3. Add light salt and pepper

  4. Add teaspoon of soaked chia seeds

  5. Add teaspoon of hemp hearts

  6. Add chopped red onions

  7. Add chopped peppers

  8. Add teaspoon of garidella peppers

  9. Add fresh avocado, about 1/4 of whole avocado

  10. Cover and reduce heat.
